The ideal candidate would be below 30 years of age with a Degree or Professional qualification in Human Resources Management.  A minimum of 3 years work experience in the field of Human Resources and an excellent command of both English and Sinhala are mandatory.  Computer literacy and very good knowledge of Labour Laws are also essential.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a team conscious mindset and the ability to employ independent judgment and initiative are the key competencies sought.
